The Fine Print

To confirm availability, please have ready:
  • Full name and surname
  • Contact number
  • Date and time of the event
  • Event type
  • Service address
  • Number of clients
  • Inspiration photos
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking and must be paid within 48 hours of invoicing, or the booking may be released. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least seven days before the booking date. Cancellations made within seven days require full payment. If you reschedule and the requested date is unavailable, the booking is forfeited. Bookings are not accepted within 48 hours of the event.
The remaining balance is due on the day of service, before the session begins. For group bookings, one person handles the full payment. Proof of payment is required.
A suitable work area and adequate lighting must be provided. Where paid parking is required, the cost is covered by the client or invoiced after the booking. Call-out fees are location based and confirmed at the time of enquiry. Any additional travel or out-of-area expenses are charged to the client.
The artist is not liable for allergic reactions or skin complications. Any sensitivities must be disclosed before the booking. Once the client leaves the artist's chair, the service is considered complete. Any additional touch-ups after that are charged accordingly, as they require extra time and products.
Each makeup session takes up to one hour. A late fee of R500 applies for every 15 minutes of client delay.

Masterclass questions

The Luxe & Luminous Masterclass is designed to teach you the full art of makeup, from start to finish. You will learn essential techniques such as skin preparation, product layering, blending, setting and creating a long lasting, luminous finish. The session focuses on enhancing your natural beauty while helping you build confidence in your personal makeup routine.
A private class is completely tailored to you. Aaliya works one on one around your features, your own kit and the specific looks you want to learn, at your own pace. It runs on weekdays by appointment, includes complimentary lashes, and you receive a certificate on completion.
It is best to bring your own makeup bag and brushes so Aaliya can tailor the experience to you, helping you perfect what you already use while introducing you to a few luxury essentials from her kit.
No, the class is focused purely on learning. However, Aaliya will recommend a few must have products that suit your skin and budget.
Yes. Aaliya does a full live demo on a model during the class so you can clearly see each step and technique before practising it yourself.
